Terms of Service
These terms explain the basics for buying ready-made figurines and commissioning custom work from Kondratjuks Creative.
Acceptance of terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you have questions before buying, please contact me first.
Handmade pieces
Each figurine is individually handmade or hand-finished. Small variations from photos are normal, including tiny brush marks, texture, finish, or colour differences.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in NOK. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Kondratjuks Creative does not store your card details on this website.
Shipping
You choose your country in the cart and see the exact shipping cost before checkout. Shipping zones: Norway; Nordic countries: Sweden, Denmark, Finland; Rest of Europe: all other European countries, including Iceland, the UK and Switzerland; Rest of world: all other countries. Prices and delivery estimates are shown in the Shipping & Delivery section on each item page. All orders ship from Norway and are packed carefully before dispatch.
Right of withdrawal
For regular catalog purchases, Norwegian consumer law normally gives you a 14 day right of withdrawal after receiving the item. The item must be returned safely and in the same condition. This right does not apply to custom commissions made to the buyer's own specifications, which are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Norwegian law.
Damaged in transit
If your figurine arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with a photo and I will sort out a replacement or refund. Any refund covers the figurine itself only, not the shipping cost, since shipping is non-recoverable once a package is sent.
Limitation of liability
Kondratjuks Creative is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, incorrect shipping details, or events outside my control. My responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the figurine itself.
